Accounting Officer (Budgeting)

1) Preparation and control the budgeting

  • Budget Policy : set up a budget policy in accordance with the strategic plan and company's financial policy
  • Budgeting: Coordinate with various departments of the company for information. Provide and review annual budget for approval from management and committee
  • Budget Report: Prepare budget report to compare as quarter and annual budget plans to submit to management and committee including the relevant department for planning and controlling the annual budget.
  • Provide the information such as annual budget manual and SAP budget usage manual
  • Yearly plan profit and Rolling Forecast : Report the company’s performance to management, committee, shareholder and relevant department to plan, improve the company’s operation and be the key performance of the company
  • Budget Controlling: Supervise, compare and analyze the budget of the company to follow with the annual budget plan.

 2) Analyze performance

  • Follow up and check the company operation performance of subsidiaries such as budget report, financial report and Management Information System
  • Analyze Financial Performance and Cost Analysis
  • Create the innovation to support the performance analysis
  • Follow up the operation result and benchmark other companies in the same business

3) Provide the performance report

  • Prepare MIS report  and performance report for planning and making decision of management, committee, shareholder including torelevant departments
  • Prepare Management Discussion and Analysis : MD&A for the information for shareholder, investor to understand financial status and company performance
  • Bachelor degree and above in Accounting, Financial, Business Administration Or Engineering
  • 1-2 years’ experience in Budgeting, Financial Analyze , Engineering or Planning & Analysis
  • Knowledge in Accounting, Financial and Budget analysis
  • Strong in analytical and good presentation skill in detail
  • Expertise in MS Office and SAP (Budgeting) skill

·      Perform data collection and analysis for planning and financing from financial institutions in accordance with the investment capital required by company under the acceptable conditions, suitable financial cost and able to proceed under the condition of loan agreement

·      Equity Management: analyze and plan the capital payment from shareholders in accordance with investment capital of company follow by regulation of the company and regulations of the Ministry of Commerce properly and completely.

·      Collect and analyze the information to support Project Finance Investment and support the analysis and financing task in project investment

·      Gather and analyze the financial market data and financial structure of the company and compile the information to make a decisive source of funding for affiliated company and new investment/venture project

·      Prepare relevant financial documents, financial contracts such as loan agreements and joint venture agreements to present to the board of affiliates

·      Analyze the financial results of the merger & acquisition in the part of finance for the information of executive

·      Claim the indemnity for the companies of group in case of assets ruined or damaged and coordinate with PTT to assess the damage, analyze the root cause accurately and also determine the negotiation strategy

·      Perform the risk management in accordance with risk recommendation of insurance agent to raise the risk management of group companies

·      Assess and arrange the risk management plan, internal control, business continuity management (BCP) of the company including following up and solving problems may occurred

·      Male or female ages not over 35 years old

·      Master degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related fields.

·      At least 7 years of experience in Finance Management, Treasury Management

·      Knowledge in digitization with initiative thinking and creative

-         Bachelor or above in Engineer, Environmental science, Environmental Management, Business Administration, Economics, etc.

-         At least 3 years experienced in Sustainability Management all 3 dimensions e.g. Economics, Social and Environment

-         Experienced in Materiality Assessment in aspect of Sustainability Management, Stakeholder Management

-         Analytical, planning and solving problem skills

-         Minimum TOEIC 700 score is necessary

-         Knowledge in Supply Chain Management, Stakeholder Management and Human Rights

  • Working closely with internal stakeholders on the structuring and tax implications of all tax regulation upcoming ,including E-tax system, transfer pricing

  • Study local tax regulation especially in target countries to comply with
  • Analyze tax effects from a new contract and advise appropriate content to structure a contract
  • Provide tailored support and advice for all business units including transactional and investment decisions
  • Develop tax planning to get the maximum tax benefits and minimize tax risks
