In 2025, the Company held one board meeting without executives on August 26, 2025, and one independent directors’ meeting on October 28, 2025. No management representatives attended these meetings. The purpose was to provide an opportunity for non-executive directors and independent directors to freely discuss management-related matters of interest, and to provide recommendations to management. The results of these meetings were reported to management for acknowledgement and further implementation.
