On 22 May 2023, Mr. Narongchai Visutrachai, Senior Vice President Government Relations and Public Affairs of Global Power Synergy Public Company Limited or GPSC, the innovative power flagship of PTT Group, welcomed Mr.Somphote Ahunai , Vice Chairman of the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI), and the management team, during the visit to ASEAN’s first G-Cell energy storage unit production plant with SemiSolid technology. The said production plant, which is located in Map Ta Phut Industrial Estate, Mueang District, Rayong Province, is operated by Nuovo Plus Company Limited (a subsidiary of GPSC group). The objectives of this visit are to allow the management teams to exchange their experiences related to the development of technologies for use in energy storage, and to showcase the potential of modernized battery industry in Thailand.
