On 26 January 2024, Mrs. Sirobon  Boontaworn, Acting Executive Vice President Corporate Strategy and Subsidiary Management of Global Power Synergy Public Company Limited or GPSC, the innovative power flagship of PTT Group, along with the executive team of the company, attended the congratulations party organized for Mr. Nagesh Singh, Ambassador of India to the Kingdom of Thailand, and his wife, on the occasion of the 75^th Republic Day of India. India and Thailand have historically enjoyed warm bilateral relations. The bilateral ties are multifaceted and cover a wide spectrum of areas including trade and investment, culture and tourism etc. GPSC is one of the companies that have participation in the joint venture intended for the development of power generation from renewable and clean energy in India; thereby, GPSC has invested in Avaada Energy Private Limited or AEPL, a company in Avaada Group, a leading renewable energy business operator in India. Currently, AEPL has enjoyed its growth after winning several bids for solar power generation projects in India, aiming to achieve the targeted capacity of 11 GW in 2026. The aforementioned congratulations party was organized at the Shangri-La Hotel, Bang Rak District, Bangkok.
