On January 14, 2023, Mr.Wasan Susoonthorn, Community Relatins Manager of Global Power Synergy Public Company Limited, as a representative of GPSC Group by GHECO-One Power Plant, together with Rayong Provincial Fishery Group, Rayong Provincial Education Office, Rayong Wittayakhom School and the Kao Yod Small-Boat Fishery Group, organized an event called “Make a home for crabs, habitat for birds 2023”. The event included such activities as building of floating baskets as a nursery for baby crabs and release of more than 250 sea crab breeders along with the building of 80 bird houses at the mangrove forest around Kao Yod Small Boat Fishery Group, Muang District, Rayong Province. More than 100 volunteers, employees, teachers, students and fishermen participated in the event which was a part of natural resources conservation and aimed to promote biodiversity for ecosystem, promote local fishery occupations and create awareness of environmental conservation among the youth of Rayong Province.
