GPSC has announced its 2025 financial results, achieving a net profit of THB 6,399 million, a 58% increase. This performance reflects enhanced operational efficiency and EBITDA uplift through strategic fuel management, revenue and expense optimization, and a high-yield investment portfolio. The company remains committed to generating power for national energy security to support the country’s growth, while strengthening internal management to mitigate challenges from electricity price volatility and fuel cost risks driven by global geopolitical tensions.

Mr. Worawat Pitayasiri, Chief Executive Officer of Global Power Synergy Public Company Limited or GPSC, the innovative power flagship of PTT Group, revealed following an analyst meeting that the company’s strategy focuses on scaling growth and consistently delivering value to investors. This includes a strategic shift toward enhancing the tangible value of current assets, as demonstrated over the past year, while actively seeking high-potential new projects both domestically and internationally.

The success of last year’s operational strategy has bolstered investor confidence and maintained a strong cash flow position. Consequently, the Board of Directors has approved a total dividend payment for 2025 at THB 1.45 per share, representing a payout ratio of 64% of net profit. Having already distributed an interim dividend of THB 0.50 per share from the first-half results, the remaining dividend for the second half of 2025 stands at THB 0.95 per share. The Record Date to determine shareholder eligibility is set for February 26, 2026, with the payment scheduled for April 22, 2026, following approval at the 2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on April 1, 2026.
