Recently, Dr. Pongsak Krukanont, Senior Vice President of Decarbonization Technology at Global Power Synergy Public Company Limited (GPSC), the innovative power flagship of the PTT Group, participated in the orientation ceremony and officially launched the 2026 Nuclear Science Knowledge Development Camp, organized by the Thailand Institute of Nuclear Technology (Public Organization) (TINT). The camp is held as part of the third consecutive year of the International Nuclear Science Olympiad (INSO 2026) Preparation Program, aimed at equipping Thai students with the knowledge and skills required to compete at the International Nuclear Science Olympiad (INSO 2026), which will be hosted in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

This collaboration is designed to strengthen the capabilities of Thai youth for international academic competition by enhancing their knowledge of nuclear science, analytical thinking, and practical experience. It also seeks to inspire the next generation to recognize the vital role of science, technology, and innovation in advancing clean energy, future energy solutions, and greenhouse gas emissions reduction.
