As PTT Public Company Limited (PTT) announced the rotation and appointment of new senior executives to lead company growth plan, Mr.Noppadol Pinsupa, former President of Global Power Synergy Public Company Limited (GPSC), one of Thailand's leading producers and distributors of electricity, steam and utilities, and PTT Group's Power Flagship, was appointed to be Senior Executive Vice President for Natural Gas Business Unit at PTT. GPSC Board of Directors hence appointed Mr. Surong Bulakul, GPSC Chairman, to be the Acting President of GPSC, effective from October 1, 2015.

On October 15, 2015 GPSC Board of Directors resolved to appoint Dr.Toemchai Bunnag as a Director and Secretary to the Board and President of GPSC, effective from November 1, 2015.

Dr.Toemchai Bunnag, 57 years old is the Executive Vice President for Natural Gas, PTT Public Company Limited on secondment term to be the President of PTT Natural Gas Distribution Company Limited. He holds a PhD in Management Sciences from Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicaco Illinois, USA. Dr.Toemchai Bunnag with his work experience in PTT Group for over 18 years is a knowledgeable person with a wealth of expertise in the energy industry.

Dr.Toemchai Bunnag will officially resume the Director and Secretary to the Board and President of GPSC from November 1, 2015.
